Files are easily recovered from the Dialyourweb Backup server through the subscriber’s client interface. The file selection utility is the same for a file restore as it is for the backup operation. Simply navigate to the file within your familiar directory structure, select it and click “Restore Now”.

Away from your computer but need access to your files? Simply logon to your My.dialyourweb.com account and select First Restore to securely restore your files from ANY computer on the Internet.
